Jr Process Analyst

As a candidate for the position, your role will involve learning and performing basic level tasks and activities related to the process or business you are aligned with. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding business fundamentals and standard operating procedures - Following the designated training schedule and ensuring successful certification at every defined level - Maintaining professional and productive relations and communications with internal customers - Following standard procedures and integrating all new procedures into your daily routine - Meeting or exceeding individual productivity requirements - Resolving problem invoices with the highest degree of urgency - Addressing quality control issues in problem queues Qualifications required for this role include a B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree. Preferred qualifications include 6 months of prior relevant experience in the field of Audit, Accounts & Finance. Candidates with excellent communication and analytical skills, even without experience, may also be considered.
