1. Coordinate with buyers to understand product requirements, fabric types, designs, colors, and specifications.
2. Develop and source appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories.
3. Oversee sample development and ensure approval from buyers before production.
4. Maintain effective communication with buyers, vendors, and internal departments,
Prepare and maintain reports on order status, production schedules, and shipment details.
5. Handle documentation related to orders, shipping, and payments.
6. Research textile market trends, colors, and fabric innovations.
Assist in developing new collections based on seasonal forecasts and buyer demand.
Work Environment:
1. Office-based with frequent visits to factories and suppliers.
2. May involve communication across different time zones and occasional travel for sourcing or buyer meetings.
