As an educational institution established in 2016 with campuses in Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi, you will play a key role in redefining conventional education. The Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) program at TEACH is designed to empower Deaf and Hard of Hearing students by offering a wide range of additional skills, such as computer skills and arts & design. **Key Responsibilities & Duties:** - Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for Commerce, aligned with the IGNOU university. - Create engaging lesson plans incorporating various instructional strategies to promote active participation and critical thinking. - Deliver quality instruction on complex economic concepts. - Utilize diverse assessment tools to measure student understanding and progress, providing timely feedback. - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment to support all students in their learning journey. - Integrate technology and real-world examples into lessons. - Stay updated with commerce developments and educational best practices. - Maintain accurate records of academic performance and attendance. - Generate and analyze reports to evaluate academic program effectiveness. **Qualification Required:** - M.Com - Minimum one year of teaching experience **Key Competencies:** - Subject knowledge - Pedagogical skills - Basic MS knowledge - Classroom management - English language proficiency - Knowledge of Indian Sign Language preferred The role offers a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a salary as per market requirements.
