Jr Lecturer

As a Commerce Educator at TEACH, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that is aligned with the IGNOU university. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging lesson plans that promote active participation and critical thinking among Deaf and Hard of Hearing students. You will be expected to deliver quality instruction that effectively communicates complex economic concepts and utilize various assessment tools to measure student understanding. Providing timely feedback to support student growth and achievement will be an essential part of your role. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey is a key aspect of this position. You will also be required to integrate technology and real-world examples into your lessons and stay updated with developments in the field of commerce and educational best practices. Maintaining accurate records of academic performance, attendance, and other relevant data, as well as generating and analyzing reports to assess the effectiveness of academic programs, are also part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position with two new hires needed. The work schedule is during the day, and the salary will be as per market requirements. The ideal candidate should have an M.Com degree and a minimum of one year of teaching experience. Key competencies for this role include subject knowledge, pedagogical skills, basic MS knowledge, classroom management, English language proficiency, and knowledge of Indian Sign Language would be preferred.,
