Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr HR at Revidd, located in Vishakhapatnam. The Jr HR will be responsible for daily human resource activities, including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The role involves supporting HR management functions and ensuring effective implementation of HR programs and procedures. The Jr HR will work closely with the HR team to enhance employee experience, maintain accurate HR records, and assist with recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in handling HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Vishakhapatnam
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a generalist HR role is a plus
