Jr. Graphic Designer

You will be designing a wide variety of static and motion graphics across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you should be a self-starter, a team player, an efficient leader and should be capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

● Managing 2D and video team and all their deliverables

● Brainstorming with the team and suggesting create ideas for all content design

● Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.

● Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.

● Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.

● Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.

● Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
● Communicating with clients about layout and design.

● Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop.

● Making of logo files, vinyl files, graphic artwork print files for the production team.

● Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Qualification and Requirement:

● Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.

● 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.

● Team management experience

● Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

● Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Coral, Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.

● A strong eye for visual composition.

● Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

● Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

● Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

● Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D Max is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,633.71 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
