Role & Responsibilities

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating visual content that is engaging, trendy, and strategically aligned with our clients’ branding goals. Your work will include:

• Designing social media creatives, banners, and branding collateral
• Translating creative briefs into high-quality design outputs with quick turnarounds
• Collaborating remotely with the core team and attending 1 in-person meeting per week in Pune
• Staying updated with current social media trends, aesthetic styles, and design innovations
• Delivering work that reflects strong creative thinking, typography skills, and color theory mastery

Requirements

• 0–6 months of professional or freelance design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design thinking
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and similar tools
• Good grasp of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and produce quality work quickly
• Must be based in Pune and available for a weekly team meeting
• Passionate about social media content, trends, and brand storytelling through design
