Role & Responsibilities As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating visual content that is engaging, trendy, and strategically aligned with our clients’ branding goals. Your work will include: Designing social media creatives , banners , and branding collateral Translating creative briefs into high-quality design outputs with quick turnarounds Collaborating remotely with the core team and attending 1 in-person meeting per week in Pune Staying updated with current social media trends , aesthetic styles, and design innovations Delivering work that reflects strong creative thinking, typography skills, and color theory mastery Requirements 0–6 months of professional or freelance design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design thinking Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , CorelDRAW , Canva , and similar tools Good grasp of typography , composition , color theory , and visual hierarchy Ability to work with tight deadlines and produce quality work quickly Must be based in Pune and available for a weekly team meeting Passionate about social media content, trends, and brand storytelling through design Perks & Future Growth Flexible working hours (remote-first approach) Opportunity to work on exciting brands and fast-paced creative campaigns Potential stipend increase after probation based on performance Be part of a young, energetic, and creatively charged team Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Social media trends evolve quickly.
