Job Role:

To ensure quality control and compliance in milk procurement operations at Milk Chilling Centers/Bulk Milk Coolers (MCCs/BMC)s by conducting milk testing, monitoring hygiene, and maintaining quality standards as per company and regulatory norms.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.Sc / M.Sc in
Chemistry
,
Microbiology Dairy Technology or

Food Technology
.
13 years of experience in milk quality assurance or dairy procurement quality
Freshers with relevant qualifications may also be considered

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine milk quality analysis (Fat, SNF, MBRT, COB, adulteration, etc.) at MCC/BMC points
Monitor milk chilling process and ensure temperature standards are maintained
Verify hygiene and sanitation practices at milk collection and chilling centers
Maintain accurate records of daily milk testing and quality reports
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure quality milk procurement
Report any deviations in milk quality and assist in corrective action implementation
Ensure calibration, proper maintenance, and functioning of testing instruments
Support internal audits and inspections related to milk quality and hygiene
Ensure adherence to FSSAI and company QA guidelines at field level

Key Skills:

Sound knowledge of milk testing and quality parameters
Understanding of dairy quality standards and testing protocols
Good communication and coordination skills
Data recording and report preparation skills (MS Office / ERP)
Field visit readiness and ability to handle Milk Chilling Centers/Bulk Milk Coolers (MCC/BMC) level operations
