Jr. Executive - Call Center (US operations)

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, answering inbound calls, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve actively listening to customer concerns, managing data accurately, and maintaining a strong knowledge of the company's products. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate outbound calls for pitching inward/outward remittances, follow-ups, and promotional offers. - Answer inbound calls regarding product information, transaction inquiries, and general queries. - Maintain detailed call logs, record customer interactions, and update customer accounts. - Thoroughly understand the company's product line, pricing, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Adhere to call center protocols, monitor performance metrics, and participate in quality assurance reviews. - Identify and escalate complex issues to superiors, and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. - Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Basic computer proficiency. - Customer service orientation with a focus on positive customer experiences.
