Jr. Event Planner

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish. A valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license is essential, as the role involves on-site coordination, vendor visits, and travel within and around Kochi. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute corporate events, weddings, social functions, exhibitions, and brand activations Coordinate with clients to understand their event goals and preferences Source and manage vendors (venue, catering, décor, AV, etc.) Conduct site visits and manage on-ground event logistics Monitor event budgets and timelines Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown Handle last-minute changes or emergencies efficiently Ensure all events run smoothly and deliver exceptional client satisfaction Travel frequently within the city for meetings, site inspections, and vendor coordination Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field 1 year of experience in event planning or a related role Strong communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as per event schedule Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
