Job Description

Responsible for/lead design and development team for complex BIW fixtures, jigs, assembly automation systems, and special-purpose machines (SPMs) using advanced CAD and CAE platforms such as CATIA V5, SolidWorks, Hypermesh, Ansys, and Delmia.
Applying 3D modeling, simulation, kinematics, and mechanical validation to enhance design accuracy, minimize rework, and accelerate turnaround times.
Incorporating Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles, standardizing processes, and driving cost-effective, scalable solutions through continuous design improvements.
Overseeing post-design in-house manufacturing processes to ensure strict adherence to specifications & delivering faster turnaround on client commitments.
Collaborating with suppliers for precise component selection and integration, performing mechanical calculations to ensure structural integrity and operational reliability.
