Jr. Designer

As a Design Conceptualizer, your role involves developing innovative and functional design concepts for modular kitchens and wardrobes tailored to client preferences and lifestyle. You will be responsible for creating detailed 2D and 3D design presentations using advanced design software while ensuring that the designs align with brand aesthetics, modern trends, and ergonomic standards. Your responsibilities also include collaborating with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints. You will provide expert advice on design possibilities, material choices, color schemes, and spatial arrangements. Additionally, you will present design concepts, mood boards, and material samples effectively to gain client approval. Connecting with leads and enhancing the client experience through studio explanation are also part of your duties. In terms of space planning and material selection, you will be tasked with developing detailed layouts and technical drawings that optimize space utilization while maintaining design integrity. It will be your responsibility to select appropriate materials, finishes, fittings, and accessories that enhance the design and meet durability standards. As the Project Manager, you will oversee the design process from conceptualization to installation, ensuring that projects are completed within timelines. You will coordinate with internal teams, including project managers, production, and installation teams, to streamline workflows. Maintaining proactive communication with internal teams and serving as the primary point of contact for clients are essential aspects of this role.
