Jr Civil Engineer

You will be joining Studio Chintala's Land Development team, where you will be responsible for supporting U.S.-based projects in land development and site/civil engineering. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers in both India and the U.S. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare land development & site civil construction drawings/documents including roads, utilities, grading, drainage, and erosion control - Assist in zoning, preliminary, and concept land development plans - Work under senior guidance on site grading, stormwater management, and safety design - Draft soil erosion & sediment control plans such as BMPs, swales, spillways, and sequences - Prepare water & sewer plans according to U.S. local agency requirements - Conduct research on standards/codes and address agency review comments - Collaborate effectively with senior engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams **Requirements:** - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, with education in the United States preferred - Minimum of 15 years of experience in site/civil land planning and engineering - Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD - Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written - Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience with U.S. or Maryland land development projects is preferred but not required You will be joining Studio Chintala's Land Development team, where you will be responsible for supporting U.S.-based projects in land development and site/civil engineering.
