Location : Pan India Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Engineer to ensure the implementation of effective safety practices at our construction site. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting a safe working environment, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and inspect construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to eliminate potential hazards. Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work practices. Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and follow up with corrective and preventive actions. Deliver safety induction and regular toolbox talks to site workers and subcontractors. Maintain accurate records of safety audits, inspections, incident reports, and safety training. Review and approve Job Safety Analysis (JSA), method statements, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with all applicable local and national safety regulations and company HSE policies. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to site safety culture and performance. Qualifications and Requirements: Diploma in Industrial Safety - Mandatory. Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site safety. Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations, standards, and practices.
