Job Description

Raipur Builder is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our growing team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will support senior architects in delivering innovative design solutions and assist in the successful execution of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of architectural design concepts and drawings.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and models using AutoCAD, Revit, and related software.
• Conduct basic site visits for measurements, photography, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and adherence.
• Support in preparing presentations and documentation for client meetings.
• Research architectural materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Develop 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and presentations for design review.
• Maintain project files, drawings, and documentation.
• Work under the guidance of Senior Architects for design and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of architectural design principles and building codes.
• Strong visualization and technical drawing skills.
• Good communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Lumion or similar rendering software.
• Interest in sustainable design practices and Vastu principles.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic client interaction experience.

Salary Structure

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience and expertise)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
