About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Work on planning and preparing detailed construction drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, using industry-standard software. 2. Work on ULB-approved designs, GFC, FF&E, Electrical, and Plumbing layouts. 3. Create visually stunning architectural presentations through the use of design thinking, sketching, and photography techniques. 4. Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. 5. Stay up to date with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies to contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes.
