Jr. Architect

As a Design and Drafting professional, your primary responsibility will involve creating detailed architectural drawings, sketches, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and Revit. You will be tasked with developing design concepts and solutions while working under the guidance of senior architects. Additionally, you will provide project support by assisting with project management, including planning, coordination, and documentation, as well as tracking project progress and deadlines. Your role will also entail active participation in client communication, which involves attending client meetings and presentations, communicating project updates, and gathering feedback. Furthermore, you will be required to conduct site visits to assess project needs, monitor construction progress, document site conditions, and address any arising issues. It is essential to research and apply relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design practices to ensure compliance with local standards. In terms of documentation, you will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural plans, specifications, and reports while maintaining organized project files and documentation.
