Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jr. Advocate (Real Estate) located in Borivali West. The Jr. Advocate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, handling property-related litigations, ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations, conducting legal research, and providing legal advice to the organization. Candidates will also be involved in preparing legal notices, handling agreements, and liaising with clients and government authorities.

Qualifications

Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents

Knowledge of property-related litigations and real estate laws, and regulations

Skills in conducting legal research and providing legal advice

Ability to prepare legal notices and handle agreements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities

Law degree (LLB) from a recognized university or institution

Experience in the real estate sector is a plus

Proficiency in English and local languages
