Jr. Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent data entry skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with accounting software such as Zoho, or Tally will be an added advantage.

Relevant Skills and Knowledge:

• Basic accounting knowledge
• Understanding accounting best practices
• Data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Produce work with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
• Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
• Knowledge of Zoho, Tally, or other applications is added advantage

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
• Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
• Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
• Recording of debits and credits
• Maintain the trial balance, by reconciliating general ledgers
• Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Knowledge Of TDS, GST
• Accountant with Knowledge & Experience in handling petty cash,
• Checking & Verifying Invoices. Reconciling Bank Account.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
