Jr. Accounts Executive

Role Objective

To maintain precise financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and provide management with timely financial insights for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally/ERP or similar software.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and maintain vendor/customer ledgers.
• Monitor petty cash and bank transactions.

Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Assist in audits (internal & statutory) and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
• Maintain documentation for tax assessments and regulatory requirements.

Reporting & Analysis

• Generate monthly/quarterly MIS reports and financial statements.
• Assist management with budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
• Support in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash-flow reports.

Other Duties

• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies.
• Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims.
• Implement best practices for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com/M.Com or equivalent).
• 0–1 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and basic MS Office.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Saturday.
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
