Jr. Accountant

As an Administrative Professional at our company, your role will involve solving problems for clients, exceeding their expectations, and illustrating the value of our products and services to drive growth opportunities. You will compile and analyze data to identify trends, participate in various activities such as brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings. Additionally, you will research and assist in program development for both existing clients and new prospects. Your responsibilities will also include prospecting activities like cold calling and networking, following up with clients regularly to ensure their needs are met, and identifying new opportunities. It will be crucial for you to maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors to ensure effective communication and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: - Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations - Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends - Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects - Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking - Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities - Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors Qualifications Required: - Four years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management - Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities - Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services - Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with day shift schedule and performance bonus.
