Experience: 2 years in Academic Counselling Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Junior Academic Counselor to guide students and parents through academic programs and admissions processes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about education and student success, and who thrives in a communication-driven role. Key Responsibilities : Student Counseling : Guide students and parents about available programs, curriculum structure, career outcomes, and enrollment procedures. Lead Management : Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins and maintain regular follow-ups.Assist in the admissions process—form filling, documentation, and onboarding of new students.Maintain and update CRM or student information systems with accurate details of all interactions.Work closely with faculty and operations to align counseling with academic offerings and schedules.Support open houses, orientation programs, and promotional events to engage prospective students and parents Admissions Support : Database Maintenance : Coordination with Academic Teams : Event Participation : Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
