Job Description

We are looking for an Arts and Computer Science fresher graduates with decent communication skills for the role of Journal Administration. What a journal Administrator will do? A journal administrator manages the administrative and operational aspects of a scholarly journal, ensuring smooth workflow from submission to publication. This includes tasks like handling manuscript submissions, facilitating peer review, managing communication with authors and reviewers, and maintaining records. Key Responsibilities : Processing manuscript submissions, including initial checks for completeness and compliance with guidelines. Facilitating the peer review process by managing communication with reviewers and editors. Tracking the progress of manuscripts through various stages of review and revision. Ensuring timely processing of submissions and adherence to publication schedules. Acting as the primary point of contact for authors, reviewers, and editors. Responding to inquiries and providing support related to submissions and the review process. Maintaining the journal's database and records. Candidate Profile : Qualification: Undergraduates from Computer science background passed out from 2023 to 2025 academic year. Must Have: Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using online submission and peer review systems. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Shift Timings: Rotational Shift 1 6:15 AM to 1:45 PM Shift 2 1:45 AM to 9:15 PM Shift 3 9:15 AM to 6:15 PM (No Night shift for female candidates) Note : This role is not in to System Administration or Office Administration. This role is completely in to Journal publishing activities. Interested candidates can directly take up interview on 24th June from 10 AM to 12 PM on below mentioned venue.
