Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ABAP HR professional with 5-8 years of experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Data Migration and implementation projects.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop ETL programs and data quality processes using SAP BDC programs and LSMWs.
Execute conversion programs for each mock cycle, dress rehearsal, and cutover as part of the SAP implementation project.
Demonstrate experience as an SAP Data Migration Consultant in at least 2 SAP implementation projects.
Understand SAP IT Architecture and design functional specs, writing technical specs accordingly.
Possess knowledge and experience in Data Migration in Employee Central PM/GM Compensation etc.
Utilize SQL coding skills to develop efficient data management systems.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of experience in ABAP HR project experience.
Experience as a SAP Data Migration Consultant in at least 2 SAP implementation projects.
Strong understanding of SAP IT Architecture and design.
Proficiency in SQL coding and developing ETL programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivating and able to plan work independently.
Understanding of functional specs and writing technical specs.
