Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors for sourcing quality ingredients and supplies at the best prices. Menu Planning & Execution: Assist in menu planning based on resident preferences, seasonal availability, and cost considerations. Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports on F&B operations, inventory, costs, and any operational challenges. Requirements: Proven experience (3-5 years) in F&B services, hospitality, or related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with F&B operations, hygiene standards, and cost control. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office and basic inventory management software.
