Key Responsibilities: Prepare and verify import documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and import permits. Focus on smooth and compliant entry of goods in the country. Coordinate with international suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents. Ensure documentation accuracy to avoid demurrage, detention, and customs clearance delays. Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Ensure compliance with all import regulations, customs laws, and international trade agreements. Maintain accurate records of all import documentation and shipments.
