Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify import documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and import permits.
• Focus on smooth and compliant entry of goods in the country.
• Coordinate with international suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
• Ensure documentation accuracy to avoid demurrage, detention, and customs clearance delays.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all import regulations, customs laws, and international trade agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of all import documentation and shipments.
• Liaise with internal departments (procurement, finance, warehouse) to ensure smooth cargo clearance and receipt.
• Handle amendments and corrections to shipping documents when necessary.
• Support the Import Manager in audits and reporting requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
