Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Senior SEO Executive who will be responsible for improving our websites organic visibility across search engines. You will collaborate with content, tech, and product teams to optimize product/category pages and blogs, ensuring long-term growth of non-paid traffic and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Execute and manage comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and revenue. Conduct keyword research for products, categories, blogs, and new content opportunities. Optimize product titles, meta descriptions, alt tags, internal linking, and structured data for e-commerce SEO. Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs (traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions) using leading SEO tools (Google Analytics, GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.). Build and maintain a strong backlink profile through ethical, white-hat link-building strategies. Work with content writers to develop SEO-friendly blogs and guides around furniture, dcor, and interior design trends. Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, crawl errors, canonical issues, broken links) in collaboration with the development team. Implement Local SEO strategies to enhance visibility for offline stores across India. Stay updated on algorithm updates and apply industry best practices. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if backed by solid SEO experience). 2 - 4 years of SEO experience, ideally in e-commerce, D2C, or furniture/home decor brands. Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc. Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO, structured data, and technical audits. Experience with e-commerce CMS platforms (custom or standard). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and page speed optimization techniques. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
