Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and organised Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inventory management, goods handling, order processing, and maintaining warehouse records. This position is crucial to ensure accurate stock levels, smooth dispatch/inward flow of goods, and efficient storage systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor inventory levels , ensuring accurate stock counts and minimal discrepancies. Oversee goods in and out , including loading, unloading, and proper documentation. Process customer and internal orders efficiently and ensure timely dispatch. Maintain the Cretate warehouse system from Scratch and storage areas. Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) and related documentation for received stock. Conduct periodic stock audits and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams. Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company policies and safety standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management (minimum 2–3 years preferred). Strong knowledge of stock handling, GRN, and inventory control systems. Ability to operate warehouse management software or Excel for tracking inventory. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Capable of leading a small team and maintaining warehouse discipline. Physically fit to manage warehouse duties when required.
