Quality Control & Testing: o Conduct physical and chemical tests on dyed yarn to assess color fastness, levelness, and strength. o Classify dyed yarn into categories (e.g., OK1, OK2, OK3) based on quality parameters and coordinate corrective actions for substandard batches. o Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer requirements. Process Optimization & Efficiency: o Collaborate with production teams to optimize dyeing processes, reducing cycle times and minimizing waste. o Develop strategies to improve dyeing machine utilization and streamline color changeovers. o Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage remnant dyed yarn and reduce inventory costs.
