Support financial departments with basic admin duties such as invoice handling and petty cash management.Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 TO 7 years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years in the jewellery industry (wholesale, retail, or manufacturing). Strong understanding of jewellery business operations, including handling of high-value items and related documentation. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and inventory or ERP software (experience with jewellery-specific systems is a plus). High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
