About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Interact with potential clients to understand their business needs related to IT/IoT platforms. 2. Convert client discussions into clear technical requirements and actionable insights. 3. Prepare accurate and detailed quotations, proposals, and project timelines. 4. Collaborate with the technical team to develop feature lists and scope documents. 5. Execute lead generation campaigns through email and LinkedIn outreach. 6. Follow up on leads consistently and maintain healthy communication throughout the sales process. 7. Ensure a smooth client experience and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. 8. Identify areas for upselling and cross-selling based on client interactions.
