Play a significant role in conducting several programs and Round Table Discussions with doctors and setting up Direction Camps. Organize special meetings with doctors and healthcare professionals through medical representatives according to their daily, weekly, and monthly planning. Conduct camps in apartments, hospitals, and NGOs to promote hearing devices and generate leads. Work along with the team of audiologists to ensure seamless service and support for customers. Lead marketing campaigns to increase the promotion of hearing aids and to spread brand awareness. Deal with customers in B2C formats and supervise post-sales services. Handle Key Accounts. Promote the Aanvii brand across the region. Provide accurate and punctual forecasting reports on a monthly basis. Drive growth and scale for the region in Business, Partnerships, Customers, Devices, and Tests. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hearing device industry or a related healthcare/medical devices sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
