Principal Accountabilities • Assisting in the food preparation process. • Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes. • Preparing vegetables, meats and fish (Mise en place). • Assisting other Chefs. • Helping with deliveries and restocking. • Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards. • Help supervise kitchen helpers and apprentices Key Interactions Internal: Store, Service, and Security. External: Delivery Person (Vendor). Qualification & Experience: Education: • Diploma in Food & Beverage Production / Relevant field two years of working experience. Experience 4 to 6 years experience in food & beverage Production.
