As part of your day-to-day work, you will Outbound Calling: Making a high volume of calls to prospective customers to introduce Visit’s products/services. Sales Generation: Persuading potential customers to make purchases or schedule appointments with the sales team. Lead Management: Following up on leads from marketing campaigns, online sites and other sources to convert them into sales opportunities. · Team Leadership and Motivation: Leading, motivating, and managing a team of telecallers to achieve sales targets and performance goals. · Performance Management: Monitoring team performance, providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, and implementing strategies to improve individual and team performance. · Sales Strategy and Implementation: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. · Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing sales data, preparing reports on team performance, and identifying areas for improvement. . Requirements: · Proficiency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with customers effectively. Minimum 2 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or a related field. ( Health insurance will be preferred) Excellent selling and convincing skills. Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales deals. Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build positive relationships. Experience using CRM systems to manage customer data and track sales progress. Ability to manage a high volume of calls and prioritize tasks effectively. Salary Range – 3- 4 LPA - Depends on current skillset and past experience.
