Position Title : Head - Mechanical Maintenance Location: Anywhere in North India / South India / East India Qualification : BE / B Tech - Mechanical Experience: 15 to 18 Years Purpose of the role : The Head - Mechanical Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the mechanical maintenance activities of the integrated cement plant and grinding unit. The role ensures optimal equipment availability, reliability, and efficiency while minimizing downtime and maintenance costs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for all mechanical equipment. Ensure smooth operation of critical machinery such as crushers, VRM, kiln, cooler, ball mills, packing machines, etc. Coordinate with operations to minimize plant shutdowns and optimize maintenance schedules. 2. Equipment Reliability & Performance: Monitor equipment performance, identify potential failures, and initiate timely corrective actions. Implement condition monitoring techniques to enhance equipment reliability. Analyze breakdown patterns and implement solutions to reduce recurrence. 3. Project Management & Upgrades: Plan and execute mechanical modifications, retrofits, and capacity enhancement projects. Drive cost-effective improvements and implement best practices in plant maintenance. Evaluate and recommend technology upgrades to improve plant performance. 4. Spare Parts & Inventory Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels of critical spares to avoid delays in maintenance activities. Work closely with procurement teams for cost-effective sourcing of spare parts and materials. Establish robust vendor relationships for timely supply of mechanical components. 5. Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance in all maintenance activities. Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety measures for mechanical maintenance teams. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the maintenance department. 6. Team Leadership & Training: Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team competency in maintenance techniques and safety procedures. Foster teamwork, motivation, and high-performance culture within the maintenance department. 7. Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage the mechanical maintenance budget. Optimize maintenance costs while ensuring high equipment reliability and efficiency. Identify cost-saving initiatives and implement measures to reduce maintenance expenses. Qualification & Experience: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 15+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the cement industry. Proven experience in handling both integrated cement plants and grinding units.

Job Responsibilities Data Extraction & Processing: Extract data from Tally and Microsoft 365 Dynamics ERP into Google Sheets for analysis and reporting. Google Sheets Scripting: Write and optimize Google Apps Script (GAS) to automate data processing, cleaning, and validation. Automated Report Generation: Develop automated reports & dashboards using Google Sheets, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), and other BI tools. Dashboard Creation & Data Visualization: Design interactive dashboards and reports for management decision-making. IMS System Management: Maintain and update the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure accurate data tracking. Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic stock reconciliation , and generate inventory reports . Data Entry & Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into ERP systems and Google Sheets. ERP Data Integration: Work with Tally & Microsoft 365 Dynamics ERP to extract, analyze, and automate financial and operational reports. Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking key performance indicators ( KPIs ) related to production, sales, and finance. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data accuracy, automation, and reporting efficiency . Team & Work Environment The Data Management Executive will work closely with the Accounts, IT, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and efficient data handling. Collaboration with the finance, inventory, and production departments to streamline data-driven decision-making. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field . Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in data management, automation, or MIS reporting. Software Proficiency: Google Sheets (Advanced Level) Google Apps Script (GAS) for automation Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) Tally ERP & Microsoft 365 Dynamics ERP Technical Skills: Experience with data visualization & dashboard creation . Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel macros, and scripting is a plus. Understanding of stock inventory, ERP data extraction, and automated reporting . Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data management and reporting.
