Perform pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II or similar software. Selection of piping materials and preparation of Material Take-Off (MTO). Review vendor documents and ensure compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with process, instrumentation, and civil teams for routing and clash resolution. Provide input to construction and commissioning teams. Structural Engineering: Design of pipe supports, platforms, skids, and structural steel frameworks.
