Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the collections process for retail customers. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to senior management. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the collections process. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Job Strong knowledge of collections management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with retail customers and understanding their needs. A graduate degree is required for this position.
