Garantizar el estándar 5S del área, la ejecución de las rutinas de despacho conforme las normas de Calidad y Seguridad. Apoyos en gestión de metal (Bobinas y sucatas), control de OP´s a través de la realización de inventarios cíclicos, con la finalidad de garantizar el abastecimiento de los clientes internos y externos. PARA JUNTOS ALCANZAR LO EXTRAORDINARIO, SERÁS RESPONSABLE DE: Ejecutar actividades de controles de metales y sucata, de forma tal que se mantenga la precisión del stock. Incluyen, consumo de metal, recepción de bobinas de metal, apuntamiento de sucatas, inventario diario de metal, venta de sucatas, conforme procedimientos vigentes. Cerrar y controlar, diariamente, todas las OP´s (Órdenes de Producción), a través del Sistema SAP, con la finalidad de mantener la precisión de los stocks de los productos terminados, la adecuación de los costos y la planilla de embarques Efectuar inventario de los stocks de producto terminado, a través del chequeo entre informes del SAP e inventarios cíclicos, para garantizar la precisión de los stocks y la integridad de los productos. Apoyar las actividades de embarque de productos terminados, el seguimiento de los mismos cuyo objetivo es cumplir los plazos de embarque pactados con el cliente. Emitir y asegurar la documentación de embarques para productos terminados, material de embalajes y metal: Remitos, facturas, certificados de calidad, controles de pesajes de metal, etc., a través del sistema SAP y sistema QAS, siguiendo las normas y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa en los sistemas corporativos. Actualizar reportes y velar por los KPI´s del área: OTIF, Auditoria mensual de deposito interno, precisión de stocks, Producción por Ventas, Tiempo Medio de Atendimiento, cumplimiento de despacho, planilla FIFO de productos terminados, reporte de inventarios diarios de metal y PT, reportes de control de facturación al cierre de cada turno, entre otros reportes requeridos en el área. Garantizar el nivel de servicio a clientes internos asegurando el abastecimiento en tiempo y forma de materiales de embalajes y materia prima. Velar por el cumplimiento de los procesos, en función a las Normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Esquema FSSC 22k y Norma ASI. Garantizar el 5S del área de Logística, impulsando el orden, la limpieza y disciplina del sector. Controlar el volumen de chatarra, enviarlo a empresas de reciclaje, y reducir al mínimo el capital de esta sociedad. Realizar el inventario de productos terminados, verificando los informes de SAP y los inventarios cíclicos, para garantizar la precisión de las existencias y la integridad de los productos. Apoyar las actividades de los envíos de productos terminados, mediante el control de ellos, con el objetivo de cumplir el plazo de embarque acordado con el cliente. Coordinar las transferencias a deposito externo, a modo de optimizar la ocupación de bodega interna y externa. Mantener los controles de empaque, verificando entre los informes de SAP y los inventarios cíclicos, además de contactar a todos en el sitio para actualizar las cantidades de material de empaque y monitorear las devoluciones a la Unidad, para asegurar la precisión de las existencias y integridad del producto. Monitorear la logística de entrega de materia prima, a través del sistema del proveedor, para mantener el suministro de la fábrica, con el objetivo de la continuidad del proceso. Realizar los lanzamientos en el Sistema SAP en referencia a la producción de latas del día anterior, con el objetivo de apoyar la producción con información sobre el volumen de latas disponibles para el proceso. Emitir facturas para la salida de productos terminados, realizar la entrada en el Sistema SAP, siguiendo las normas y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa en los sistemas corporativos. Monitorear todas las transacciones entrantes y salientes, emitiendo facturas cuando sea necesario y brindando apoyo, con el objetivo de tener precisión del inventario y el cumplimiento de la legislación. Actualización de hoja de cálculo KPI de la zona con información sobre los productos terminados, ventas, el inventario de productos terminados, consumo de metal, TMA etc., mediante la introducción de datos a estándares de la compañía. Emitir y monitorear los NOC’s para materias primas, servicios in plant, proveedores, a través del sistema computarizado, para monitorear no conformidades, con el objetivo de la calidad del producto. Mantener el área de trabajo y los equipos limpios y organizados de acuerdo con las buenas prácticas de fabricación y las herramientas 5S, utilizando y alentando a otros empleados en el lugar de trabajo a adoptar herramientas Lean y resolver las no conformidades detectadas en auditorías para optimizar procesos, evitar accidentes y contaminación del producción. Cumplir con todas las normas y procedimientos, así como participar en los programas de la compañía relacionados con la seguridad ocupacional, la salud ocupacional, el medio ambiente, etc., para cumplir con los requisitos legales e internos.
