Job Title: Computer Operator Experience – 1 to 3 Years Notice Period - Within 15 Day Language – English, Hindi Qualification - Graduate Work Environment: On-site/field work or office-based depending on project requirements. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Computer Operator to monitor and control computer systems and related equipment in our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient data processing, perform regular system backups, and support the IT department with technical operations. Key Responsibilities: Monitor computer systems and respond to system errors or hardware malfunctions. Operate mainframe and peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, and tape drives. Execute scheduled jobs and batch processes. Maintain logs of operations, issues, and completed tasks. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates and system backups. Coordinate with IT support staff for problem resolution and troubleshooting. Ensure data security and integrity by following company protocols. Maintain inventory of hardware and system supplies. Assist users in resolving minor technical issues and escalating complex problems. Generate regular reports and documentation for IT operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred). Proven experience as a computer operator or similar role. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and office productivity software. Basic knowledge of networking and system architecture.
