We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader / Manager to drive our business development efforts and lead our sales team to new heights. --- Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Sales Strategy & Target Management: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals. Define monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team. Monitor team and individual performance and ensure target achievement. 🔹 Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives. Provide guidance on lead conversion, client communication, and closing deals. Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions. 🔹 Business Development: Identify new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Build strong relationships with clients. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals. 🔹 Client Engagement: Attend client meetings to understand project requirements. Coordinate with design and technical teams to prepare proposals and presentations. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding. 🔹 Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales reports, funnel status, and client database (CRM). Provide regular forecasts to management and suggest sales improvements. --- Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in real estate, architecture, interior design, insurance , banking or similar industry. Proven experience in team management and sales leadership. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM tools
