Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Associate to join our Chartered Accountancy firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse portfolio of assignments including project finance, accounting, auditing, tax planning, transfer pricing, financial analysis, and business consulting. Key Responsibilities:Project Finance: Assist in preparation, evaluation, and execution of project finance proposals and funding documentation. Accounting & Auditing: Maintain accurate financial records, support statutory and internal audits, ensure compliance with accounting standards. Taxation: Manage GST returns, income tax filings, tax planning, and assessments. Transfer Pricing: Assist in preparing transfer pricing reports and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. Financial Analysis: Perform financial modeling, ratio analysis, and prepare reports to support decision-making. Business Consulting: Provide financial insights, process improvement suggestions, and advisory support to clients. Required Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles Working knowledge of GST and Income Tax regulations Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, basic formulas) Effective Communication Skills – verbal and written Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines
