The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management, negotiation, and coordination skills within the pharma trading or purchasing domain. Key Responsibilities: Source and purchase finished pharmaceutical products from manufacturers. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with vendors. Coordinate closely with Production, Marketing, and Business Development teams. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors; manage vendor documentation and contracts. Generate and process purchase orders, track invoices, and ensure timely payments. Maintain purchase records and trackers; manage urgent material requirements. Resolve supply chain issues or vendor-related queries efficiently. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferred). 2–4 years of experience in pharma purchase or trading (finished goods). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and purchase documentation. Based in Panchkula or nearby and available for full-time, in-person work.
