Technical diploma or degree in Automotive/Diesel Technology (preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using service software and job card systems (e.g., Cummins INSITE, QuickServe Online). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications:Certification or formal training from Cummins or a recognized technical institution. Experience in a dealership or authorized Cummins service center. Familiarity with parts procurement and inventory management related to Cummins engines.
