Job Highlights Main Job highlights Planning micro level operation of plant as per given production target. Coordinating with other department like maintenance, utility, HR, safety, lab, ETP, co- gen. Monitor and optimize process parameters for yield and quality. Ensure safety compliances as per norms in operation area in plant. Coordinate and implement productivity improvement and process debottlenecking projects. Training at shop floor for subordinates to enhance their skills in the plant. Follow up with procurement for timely supply of material Requirements Here are the key requirements - Education - B.Tech. / Diploma in Instrumentation Work Experience - 4 - 6 years Special Skills - Experience preferably in Chemical manufacturing industries with knowledge about HAZOP & process automation . - Experience in Instrumentation work on DCS & PLC operations controls, PID Controls, field instruments, controls for MCC . - Experience in working with Instrument consultants while designing new installations . - Leadership skills, sound engineering knowledge, behavioural skills, presentation skills .
