The ideal candidate will be responsible for rewinding, repairing, and maintaining a variety of electric motors including AC motors, DC motors, and three-phase induction motors . The role requires a deep understanding of electrical motor construction, insulation systems, and repair techniques. Key Responsibilities: Disassemble electric motors and inspect parts to determine repair needs. Rewind stators, rotors, armatures, and field coils for both AC and DC motors. Repair or replace faulty motor components such as bearings, shafts, and brushes. Diagnose electrical faults using tools such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and surge testers. Test motor windings for shorts, opens, grounds, and resistance values. Insulate and varnish windings to factory standards. Balance rotors dynamically.
