Job Title: Heavy Vehicle Supervisor Department: Transport / Fleet Management Location: [Insert Location] Reports To: Transport Manager / Operations Manager Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Heavy Vehicle Supervisor oversees the operation, maintenance, and repair of heavy vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and operational efficiency. The role involves supervising drivers, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that all vehicles are roadworthy and properly maintained. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily operations of heavy vehicle fleets (e.g., trucks, trailers, tankers, dumpers). Allocate and monitor driver assignments, ensuring adherence to schedules and routes. Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, and repair work to ensure minimal downtime. Ensure compliance with transport laws, safety regulations, and internal policies. Maintain records of vehicle use, servicing, repairs, fuel consumption, and driver performance. Liaise with mechanics, workshops, and third-party vendors for maintenance and service contracts. Conduct regular safety briefings and training sessions for drivers and other transport staff. Monitor GPS and tracking systems to evaluate route efficiency and address violations. Investigate incidents or accidents involving company vehicles and submit required reports. Support budgeting and cost control efforts related to fleet operations. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in heavy vehicle operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, preventive maintenance, and repair procedures. Familiarity with local transport laws, traffic regulations, and HSE standards. Good leadership, communication, and team management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software (e.g., Fleetio, Samsara). Valid heavy vehicle driving license (preferred or required depending on jurisdiction). Working Conditions: Field-based with time spent in workshops, garages, and transportation depots. May require availability during evenings, weekends, or in emergency breakdown situations. Job Title: Motor Winder (AC, DC, and Induction Motors) Location: [Medak] Job Type: [Full-Time ] Reports To: Reporting Manager Department: Maintenance / Electrical Workshop Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Motor Winder to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for rewinding, repairing, and maintaining a variety of electric motors including AC motors, DC motors, and three-phase induction motors . The role requires a deep understanding of electrical motor construction, insulation systems, and repair techniques. Key Responsibilities: Disassemble electric motors and inspect parts to determine repair needs. Rewind stators, rotors, armatures, and field coils for both AC and DC motors. Repair or replace faulty motor components such as bearings, shafts, and brushes. Diagnose electrical faults using tools such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and surge testers. Test motor windings for shorts, opens, grounds, and resistance values. Insulate and varnish windings to factory standards. Balance rotors dynamically. Maintain detailed records of repairs and rewinds. Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper use of tools and equipment. Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering personnel as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in motor rewinding (AC & DC, including 3-phase induction motors). Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings. Skilled in the use of winding and diagnostic tools. Strong knowledge of insulation classes and varnishing procedures. Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity. Basic mechanical knowledge for dismantling and assembling motors.
