Hiring: CNC Milling Operator (VMC)
Location: Medak – Tuniki Bollaram
Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Milling Operator (VMC) with 2–6 years of experience in operating Vertical Machining Centers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in CNC milling, machine setup, and quality inspection as per technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC milling machines (VMC) as per specifications
• Perform machine setup, tool changes, and minor programming edits
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Conduct in-process inspection using measuring tools like vernier, micrometer, etc.
• Maintain machine logs and ensure upkeep of equipment
• Follow safety and quality protocols strictly

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma / Any Technical Qualification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC Milling (VMC) operations
• Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controllers is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
