Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Inspection Manager to lead our quality control operations. This role is critical in ensuring our aluminium wire rod products consistently meet the highest quality and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will manage the quality management system, lead a skilled QA team, and drive continual process improvements. Key Responsibilities: · Quality Management System Oversight: Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality systems and procedures aligned with industry standards. · Quality Control & Assurance: Lead all QC activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications and internal quality benchmarks. · Inspection Processes: Oversee and perform inspections at all stages: incoming raw materials, in-process checks, and final product testing. · Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the quality assurance team to uphold a culture of accuracy, accountability, and improvement. · Root Cause Analysis & Improvement: Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive measures. · Documentation & Reporting: Maintain inspection records, prepare quality reports, and analyse data to support continuous improvement. · Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations relevant to aluminium manufacturing. · Shift timings : 12 hours Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Experience & Skills: · 2+ years of experience in a quality inspection or assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or metals industry. · Proficiency in quality control tools and methods (e.g., SPC, 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA). · Practical knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality standards. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Experience with Spectro Meter analysis and technical inspection tools. · Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy. · Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills. · Ability to coordinate with production, R\&D, and supply chain departments.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production workers across various stages of aluminium wire rod manufacturing (e.g., melting, casting, rolling, drawing, coiling). Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and equipment malfunctions in a timely manner. Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, machinery, and manpower to minimize waste and maximize productivity. Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and finished products to ensure compliance. Implement and enforce all safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees. Investigate any incidents or accidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive actions. Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and company policies. Provide clear instructions, guidance, and feedback to employees on job duties, performance, and safety procedures. Evaluate employee performance, identify training needs, and facilitate skill development. Address and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Prepare and submit regular production reports, shift summaries, and other administrative documentation to management. Track employee attendance and hours worked. Required Qualifications: Completion of secondary school is required. A diploma or certificate in Engineering, Industrial Management, Metallurgy, or a related field is plus. Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a metal processing or wire rod manufacturing plant. Strong understanding of aluminium wire rod manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment. Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy objects if required.
